The Financial Perk Of Morning Walks

Dime and beaten up penny found on morning walk

Sure, there are the health benefits of regular walking to consider, it’s a great way to start the day in the fresh air, and I’m often greeted by adorable animals and beautiful skies, but today I present to you the BEST part of going for walks.

Today I made 11 cents on my walk, and all it cost me was the effort of bending down to pick up the coins from the street.  Of course, that also means I’m working for 11 cents/hour.. but that’s why this is posted under Health and Fitness and not Mark Mushakian’s Guide To Get Super Rich.

Any amount of money made on a walk is pretty nice. Thinking about it another way, if you make 11 cents every walk per day, you’ll be able to buy a drink at a coffeehouse after two weeks. Not too bad.
