Becoming Abe Vigoda

Abe Vigoda smilin away

Abe Vigoda.  Martin Scorcese.   Mark Mushakian.

Three amazing artists, certainly, but we all share another prominent similarity, too.  Eyebrows.

My brows have never been slim, and they definitely help add to the expressiveness of my face, but they’re changin’ on me.  Just like when I noticed white hair in my beard, I keep finding little ways that my body is altering as I age.  This latest discovery came earlier this week:

Mark Mushakian giant bushy eyebrow hair

Notice any abnormally long hair sticking out among my eyebrow?  When I hold it out straight, it’s about an inch long.  So, what does this mean for my future?  Well, while my eyebrows have always been thick, apparently they’re going to start adding “bushy” to their description, as well.  It’s very interesting… slowly, but surely, seeing glimpses of what my future self will look like.  I also thought that maybe this was just a fluke, a strange little event… until I looked at my other eyebrow the other day:

Mark Mushakian long and curly bush eyebrow hairs

I’m comin’ Abe… I’m comin’ :).

P.S. – Hurry, scroll down to Random Beauty!

P.P.S – I haven’t abandoned Sunday Sketches.. but with my redesign, another site design, and other things, it’s taken a backseat.  I want to get back to it, but there have just been other things on the plate :).

About Mark Mushakian

If those hairs are ever allowed to connect in the middle, it will be the wildest unibrow in the history of unibrows!! So I say, let them meet. LET THEM MEET!! LET THEM MEET!! LET THEM MEET!! Am I right? 😀
